Homemade Ice-cream Rocks

So there it is, I have been making a few different kinds of ice-cream and sorbet since I got the ice-cream maker. My mom warned me to watch out, I know that, but it’s just so much fun to make your own kind of ice-cream. It’s really fulfilling, not to mention that homemade ice-creams are so heavy that they really “fill” your stomach.

This picture shows the grapefruit sorbet during the churning process. Besides this one, I have made green tea ice-cream (not the Japanese macha variation), ginger ice-cream (kick-ass) and lemon sorbet (so refreshing and sour that it tastes like detergent!). It’s about time to make chocolate ice-cream…
