Yummy Celebration

For those who came to the Chinese New Year celebration, I was glad that the food turned out pretty well. There wasn’t a lot of touble cookng this time, even though every dish is made from scratch — the key is finishing all the prep work beforehand. I actually cooked the night before and the morning of the brunch, but the prep work was done a week in advance. Then everything just came together. Thanks for the wonderful company of those who came and shared a wonderful time with us. I wish everybody the Year of Rooster a year of luck, happiness, health and fortune! (Oh well, you gotta say that for Chinese New Year…) And here are the pictures everybody took, while the camera was being passed around.
