Chinese Bookbinding

I finally took the long-awaiting Chinese BB class this past weekend. The instructor, NNT, was very patient, somewhat too patient perhaps. She was great. She studied Chinese in Taiwan, travelled to extensively to China and Taiwan, holds a PhD in Chinese Literature from Princeton, speaks, writes and reads fluent Chinese (Mandarin). I was so amazed. She has the great collection of old, real old, Chinese books. I saw a Christian guide book for the Chinese in Hong Kong, guiding them to heaven. I made a string-bounded book, a wrapped-back book, a butterfly book and a slip case.
